Slow Flow, Yin & Restorative Yoga + Seasonal Self‑Care for the Nervous System
Cami and Lucy invite you to step out of the rush and into a space of stillness, reflection, and rest.
Rooted in the wisdom of nature’s cycles and inspired by the ethos of our first collaboration, Gathering In, this evening offers a spacious pause — a moment to come home to yourself before the outward energy of December arrives.
Together, we’ll move through a gently guided practice:
- A grounding slow flow to reconnect with breath and body
- Yin and restorative postures to soften tension and calm the nervous system
- A space for guided breathwork, deep rest, and intention setting
- A nourishing seasonal supper, shared in community
- A special Traditional Chinese Medicine -inspired ear seed treatment to support rest and rhythm

Ear Seeds for Stress Relief
Join Lucy Macgregor Acupuncture at our Sole Luna Late night Christmas Shopping Event for Ear Seeds 101 – a gentle introduction to this simple self-care technique to support balance and calm during the festive season.
Ear seeds are tiny acupressure pellets placed on points of the ear – a microsystem that reflects the whole body. Clinical studies show how ear acupressure can help ease stress and anxiety, support better sleep, and promote overall wellbeing, even reducing headaches by 50%.
And if you’ve ever wondered about Chinese Medicine diagnosis – like why an acupuncturist looks at your tongue, what your pulses can reveal, or how these signs help understand what your body needs — this is your chance to ask!
Ask Lucy your questions, explore the wisdom of Chinese Medicine, and experience how small points can make a big difference for your stress and energy.
